Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Career Strategist to support job seekers by tailoring resumes, applying for job opportunities, and managing interview communications. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, highly organized, and passionate about helping clients achieve their career goals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative precision, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is comfortable using AI tools and cloud-based platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, edit, and tailor resumes and cover letters to align with specific job descriptions and industry standards.
- Proactively search for and apply to relevant job opportunities on behalf of clients.
- Monitor client email inboxes for application responses, interview invitations, and employer communications.
- Notify clients promptly of any job updates or interview requests.
- Maintain detailed records of applications submitted, deadlines, and interview schedules.
- Communicate with clients to understand their career objectives, preferences, and feedback.
- Use Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) and AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency and personalization.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling client information.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in career coaching, recruitment, resume writing, or a related role is a plus.
- Strong writing and editing skills, especially for resumes and cover letters.
- High level of computer literacy and comfort using AI tools and online platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive information.
